Steve and Helen Cobb have been missionaries to Latin America since 1977. They served for eight years in Honduras, ten years in Ecuador, and in 1996 moved to Guatemala where Steve now serves as Guatemala’s National Director for INSTE - the Institute of Theology by Extension. INSTE’s “Timothy Project” is a vision to train 250,000 quality leaders in Central America before the year 2010. |
