Training: Boot Camp
Join us for two weeks of intensive missions training and experience in Nicaragua and Scotland. The Boot Camp Missions Training School includes daily devotionals, physical exercise and training, daily classroom time, daily service opportunities, and weekend fun!
- WHERE: Nicaragua & Scotland
- WHEN: Summer, 2008
- COST: $800.00 plus airfare*. This price includes food (3 daily meals), lodging (men’s and women’s dorm rooms), and most transportation within the city. Bring some pocket money for incidentals, souvenirs, and the occasional meal out.
*Please Note: Airport pickup and return is provided, however, air travel arrangements must be made by the students.
Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of an application, and all other required documents.
- 18 years old or older.
- In good physical health, with no incapacitating illnesses or physical limitations. You must be able to live, work, and endure some physical exertion in a hot, tropical climate.
- Pastor recommendation. A written endorsement from your home church pastor or pastoral leadership.
- Ticket itinerary, and fully paid tuition sent to and received by Globe before June 15, 2007.
- Travel/Health insurance for the duration of the trip. Contact Globe if you need more information about options and providers. Ask your Travel Agent.
- Willingness to serve others, learn and grow in Jesus, submit to leadership, maintain a positive attitude, be flexible and teachable, and endure hardship for the cause of Jesus Christ.
How to Sign Up:
STEP ONE: Registration
- Completed application form
- $50 non-refundable application fee. (Applies toward total cost. This will be refunded if for any reason your application cannot be accepted.)
- Recommendation letter from your pastor on church letterhead
STEP TWO: First Payment
- Copy of your Driver's License
- $400 of tuition
STEP THREE: Final Payment
- $400 final payment of tuition
- Copy of your travel itinerary
- Copy of your Passport

Applicants will be notified of acceptance as soon as possible. If your application is declined for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you change your plans after acceptance, your deposit will not be refunded.
